Heather has been in the optical business since 2011. She has extensive knowledge in all things optical related from selling eyewear, adjusting and repairing eyewear, troubleshooting eyewear problems, preliminary testing for patients to managing optical teams. She started her optical career as a technician performing preliminary tests on patients along with vision therapy for patients. She later transitioned to be an optician and lab technician for a few years then moved up to management and dry eye care coordination. She enjoys all aspects of optical and patient care. She is a loving mother to two teenage boys and the newest addition to their family her daughter. She loves to spend time with her family and go to craft markets on the weekends.
